A very bun-filled weekend

The temps have gone WAY south in the past week or so in the NE area.
While it was brutal for us humans going out and about our business, the bunz got some extra out time to play. Here are a few moments from the past weekend.

A random day in January

The buns are going about their daily bidness...

My bf heard strange noises coming from beyond our slider. He opened to curtain to find this:

The squirrels looked at him and went about thier business of clicking and clacking to each other.
My bf also recorded a mini-movie of their sounds. It is freaky.

Its a good thing I have a good vacuum cleaner, I mean Mabel.

"Munch munch munch....Don't worry about the mess mom, I'll take care of it for you!"

SOMEBUNNY was getting into the food and treat cabinet the last time he was out:

Little did he know that Mom caught him red-pawed on film.

But, I'm a big softy. I finally relented and promised to let them out to play.
However, they both ran straight under the dining room table.

Is it me, or does Hugo look like he's plotting his next bout of mischief?

Uh oh! Hugo is casting some serious disapproval this way! Run!!!

"I do not approve of you confining me and Bungee when we happen to get into the food cabinet when YOU obviously left it wide open!"

What DO house bunnies do with their free time?

The grandparents got the kids this little snap-together play house for Xmas...But unfortunately, not one of our bunnies can actually fit inside it to play!

Well, at least they are getting some sort of use out of it!

"If Hugo doesn't want to actually EAT his food, then give it to me!!!"

Bungee thinks she is a queen.
